FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS!

  • I don't have a PayPal account. How do I use my debit or credit card with PayPal?

    • Click “Pay Invoice”

    • Click “Buy Now”

    • At the bottom of page Click “Pay with Debit or Credit Card”

    • Enter debit/credit card info

    • If you don’t have an account with PayPal click “Continue as Guest”

  • Where are you located?

    • Our studio is located in Cinnaminson NJ 

  • Are custom themes included in the packages?

    • No, any specific theme which entails props and backdrops outside of what is available in the studio will be additional costs based on your budget. Feel free to ask about what props we have available!

  • How do I book on your website?

    • Click "Book Online" in the top bar, choose your package, select your date and time, and pay your retainer.

  • What is a retainer?

    • A retainer is a payment towards your photoshoot to secure your date and time. The retainer is deducted from the overall balance.​

  • Can I reschedule after paying my retainer?

    • The retainer is non-refundable, however, in emergent circumstances you can reschedule once with 48 hour notice. Unfortunately, outfit(s) not arriving on time is not considered an emergent situation, please plan your session accordingly. The new date must be within one month of original date or retainer balance will be lost. 

  • When will I receive my photos?

    • Turnaround time for photos is 2 weeks. However, if you need them sooner, you can pay the Expedition Fee and receive them within 5 days. ​

    • The Expedition Fee is $5/photo or $40 for all the photos included in the One Hour Session or Kids' Session and $80 for the Two Hour Session.

  •  Do I receive all the photos taken at the photoshoot?

    • No, you receive the number of photos that are included in the package. Please refer to the packages on our "Book Online" page to view the number of photos included. We DO NOT give ALL the RAW/UNEDITED photos. ​

  • Do you travel?

    • Yes, we travel outside of the South Jersey area. The first 30 miles roundtrip are included. Any excess mileage above the 30 miles is .50 cent per mile. Hotel accommodations may be required ​for very long distances.

  • Will you help us find a location to do a photoshoot outside?

    • After booking, we will provide your options to do an outside photoshoot. If you would like information about locations prior to booking you will have to book a consultation.​

  • Will you help us with styling?

    • We will help with basic ideas regarding styling (clothing/hair/makeup). However, this is not our area of expertise. After booking, we can connect you with individuals who specialize in these areas. If you would like information about styling and access to our vendor list prior to booking, you will have to book a consultation.​

  • Do you have props and/or maternity dresses?

  • Should I get my makeup done?

    • ​I highly recommend professional makeup and hair. Not only will this make your photographer’s work easier, you will feel beautiful and confident at your session. Speak with your makeup artist how you would like your make up done. Generally, professional makeup is a bit heavier and colorful than your day-to-day makeup and that’s OK! Whether your photo session takes place in natural light or studio lights, your make-up will look natural. However if it’s not in the budget, your going-out-on-a-hot-date makeup and hair is fine too. Neutral looking fake lashes can really flatter your eyes.
